1. Services Provided
A Healthy You provides online fitness and wellness services, including but not limited to:
Downloadable workout programs
Exercise demonstration videos
General nutrition guidance and meal plans
Online coaching resources and educational content
All services are delivered digitally and are accessible worldwide. No in-person training or medical services are provided.
2. Not Medical Advice
All content provided by A Healthy You is for general educational and informational purposes only.
The programs, exercises, and meal plans are not intended to replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You should consult with a qualified medical or healthcare professional before starting any fitness or nutrition program, particularly if you have any pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, are pregnant, or have dietary restrictions.
3. Client Responsibility & Assumption of Risk
By participating in any A Healthy You program, you acknowledge and agree that:
You are responsible for ensuring you are physically capable of participating in the exercises provided
- You will exercise within your own limits and capabilities
- You will stop immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or discomfort
- Participation in fitness activities involves inherent risks, including the risk of injury
- You voluntarily assume full responsibility for your health, safety, and well-being
To the fullest extent permitted by law, A Healthy You is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the programs.
4. Personalised Programs
Programs and meal plans may be personalised based on information you provide through questionnaires or other communications.
You acknowledge that A Healthy You relies on the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide and is not responsible for outcomes resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or omitted information.
5. Nutrition Disclaimer
Meal plans and nutritional guidance are provided as general guidance only and are not prescribed diets.
Individual results may vary. Clients with allergies, intolerances, medical conditions, or specific dietary requirements must disclose this information prior to program commencement. A Healthy You does not guarantee specific results.
6. Subscriptions & Payments
Programs are offered on a subscription basis, beginning with an initial 4-week program. Continued access beyond the initial period is available for an additional recurring fee.
- All payments must be made in advance
- Payments are processed securely via third-party providers, including Stripe, and / or PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay
- By purchasing a subscription, you authorise recurring charges to your nominated payment method until cancellation
- Subscription fees are charged automatically at the start of each billing period unless cancelled prior to the renewal date
Prices may change from time to time. Any price changes will be communicated via email or website notice before taking effect.
7. Cancellations & Refunds
Due to the digital nature of the services provided, refunds are generally not offered once program materials have been delivered.
Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time prior to the next billing cycle through the payment platform used at purchase or by contacting A Healthy You in writing. Access will remain active until the end of the current paid period.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law. Where services fail to meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund, or other remedy as required by law.
8. Access & Availability
While A Healthy You aims to provide uninterrupted access to digital content, we do not guarantee continuous availability.
We are not responsible for interruptions, delays, or technical issues caused by third-party platforms, internet providers, system outages, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
9. Intellectual Property
All content provided by A Healthy You, including programs, videos, meal plans, text, and graphics, is the intellectual property of A Healthy You and it's Licensees.
Content may not be copied, reproduced, shared, distributed, sold, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
